Footprint for Proxies?

I have tried various foot prints to find proxies to scrape and post, but I end up with 99% of them 404 error or IP blocked. Until I can get SB working right (meaning me being trained) I will then buy proxies.

But what is the best way in scraping google in the past 24 hours for SOCKS and Proxies?
