Scrapebox and proxies

I'm using Scrapebox for harvesting urls with public proxies but I'm not satisfied with the speed so I decide to buy private or shared proxies. The question is will 10 private proxies work for me? Should I go for shared proxies? I saw 70 shared proxies for $22 at proxybonanza but I read that you are not allowed to use SB with them(i've sent them an email to be sure). Can you recommend other websites where I can buy good private/shared proxies? I've already found these - anonymous-proxies, squid proxies, proxy bonanza, your private proxy.
