just posted my first couple, whats the deal exactly?
i put loads of posts out there, with my e-mail and URL, then what, this gets my numbers up so i can get found or indexed on the big search engines.
thats it or do people have to follow the links see my page and then and only then do i start being recognised.
anyone think they can square me up on this!

You don't need to use your email, in fact it's better to use fake emails, and fake names.
You should have researched the tool a little better before you bought it. Your getting backlinks out of blog commenting which is beneficial when it comes to your sites rankings. Proper search engine optimization, along with backlinks (especially quality ones) will help you rank for whatever keyword you're targeting.
