If I check "Append to file" Automator add to file only : (colon) and nothing more. If I uncheck this option everything working OK, but of course Automator overwrites the file.
Scrapebox and plugin updated.

It works perfectly for me. However yo do have it set to remove proxies which did not pass the anonymous test - so its possible all the proxies were dead. In which case none would be appended.
So you can load in some proxies that you test and are good for sure, then you will know.
