Hello,
I just luanched a few site in arabic and french. I want to start a linking compaingn but
i don't have a footprints in both arabic and french to get those link.
footprints linke : guest post oppertunities for arabic and french ...etc.

Just build your list and use google translate, will that not work?
I mean you could scrape up a list of keywords for those languages, or buy one also. Or just make them and translate them.
