it dpends on how many comments you want to submit
if you are just starting out then start with a small proxy package

Currently on a package of 10 private proxies and 200 shared (shared are constantly updated) for $29,99 per month.

Just asking as didn't want to burn out the 10 private on harvesting etc, and wanted to use the shared for that. Just use the 10 for comment posting etc.
