Can't install Yellow Bot plugin - jjjust - 06-11-2016 I purchased Yellow bot using a different email than my original purchase. I have contacted support and they have made it available. However, the buttons for installation uninstall and purchased are dimmed or un-clickable. Any suggestions? Support asked me to send an image, which I have done. Does me sending them an image mean I will have to wait another 12 hours for a response? So frustrating having to wait like this for support. Here is what I have. Any suggestions are appreciated! RE: Can't install Yellow Bot plugin - loopline - 06-11-2016 I don't know how long you would have to wait. But based on the greyed out Id guess your Scrapebox is too old. Typically when you see that its because the main version of scrapebox is too far out of date. Make sure your using V2.0.0.63 of Scrapebox. If you already are then restart scrapebox, as it may just need to sync up with the licensing servers again. Did any of that sort it?
