proxy harvester timeout vs. harvester proxy timeout - chilly_bang - 06-13-2016

A yet another one question about settings:
there are two setting of proxy harvester timeout: in connections, Timeout and Other Settings:
- the first one in the tab "Timeouts",
- the second one in the Tab "More Harvester Settings"
How are the both handled and differentiated by Scrapebox?
