IS SB still effective for SEO ranking - Otane - 04-30-2017
I have used GSA and it has made no difference on my sites. I guess all of the sites that GSA posts on are saturated. I like to know if the same is for SB.

I think your asking a bad question. I think the better question is, are you adept at GSA and Scrapebox enough to make an improvement on your site? Because GSA works fine to improve ranks, if you use it well.
Scrapebox is the swiss army knife of SEO, building links is like .00000001% of what Scrapebox can do, so asking if its still effective at SEO is kind of like asking is google still the top search engine in the world? The tool is only as good as its master though, and I don't mean that in any derogatory way, Im sure you are capable of using the tools well. The question you might ask though is how can you improve yourself and improve yourself at using the tools.
There really are no push button tools these days that just improve your rank, those days are gone.
