Hi,
I have bought SB & ScrapeJet recently and initially the support was ok but as I'm a newbie and learning both SB & SJ simultaneoulsy I have some issues running into and also have few errors. I use it extensively everyday so I have issues and errors I run into.
So naturally I have approached SB & SJ for support and I have been sent the following email instead of helping me to solve the issues:
About all I can do is offer you a refund for both tools, you seem to be having a huge amount of issues every day compared to any other user and problems with so many different features. So given all the problems you are having a refund might be best for both of us, please let me know if you want me to process the refunds.
This is very unprofessional and looking to escape out rather than helping a newbie to understand and help to go thru the initial teething problems. This is like Soup Nazi from Seinfield - "No soup for you" just because he/she asked a question. I'll post my questions right here in the forum and hope someone will offer some help rather than the SB support system. I love these tools but some helpful support will make this experience much better.
I have several softwares like SenukeX, Market Samurai, SEo Elite, Keyword Elite, Rapid Backlink, website auditor etc and they all offer commendable support which SB lacks big time.
Just wanted to get the word out there. Thanks.
