Do they come here though? I dunno, Ive never seen anyone here that said they were affiliated with product - if they are smart or curious they would I imagine.

ok, lets assume someone from scrapebox does come here anonymously of course... in your situation maybe you should publish your email in a post so they know who you are (as accounts are by email).
and if that dont work - report item not recieved @ paypal - that would get their attention! I would if I were you, hell - I might just run them up the ripoffreport flag pole... you paid for it - it should work!

I have contacted their support oh, something like 4 times.. One of those times, I didn't even get a "leave us alone" email, it was like you - nothing... My problem that time was not like yours though, mine still worked and I found the answer I was looking for .. HERE I think! - anyway, that was the third time I contacted them - the 4th time was about license transfer - they did the transfer and no probs...
