Many thanks for answering, and sorry because of my explanation was not enough clear.
So it happens right after I import them into proxy manager - you have the option to import from txt or type the url, so I choose import from txt - and hitting the button start. Right after this at the status column you see the process"grabbing proxies" running for a few seconds, then it disappears and in the other column - next to it - called "proxies" status remains "0". After this you have the option to click apply and then choose "test all proxies". Than it runs for a bit longer, testing the proxies and at the end it remains everywhere red with the error code "error 404" in the column called "status" on the very right side.
