One additional thing i thought of trying was to view the crash in W10's Control Panel > Security and Maintenance > Maintenance > Reliability History

Managed to get it working !
I had to delete libea32.dll from the main application, then re run the main application which forced a new download of libea32.dll
I then copied the new libea32.dll and pasted it over the libea32.dll that sits in the page auth sub folder
That cleared the issue !
