Unfortunately, I don't think there's any footprint that allows you to track dofollow blogs/websites. If there was, webmasters would have it a lot easier when link building.

I found one software called "Fast Blog Finder" they allow to find dofollow blog. I am using their trial version and on trial version software only allow me to scrape 50 url blog. So i hope this one is good ?

google it. i think all blog engine are dofollow by default. there are some wordpress plugins that can make it dofollow. so you can try using those as a footprint. hope i helped...
I wouldn't waste my time trying to filter out only dofollow blogs. If you're posting to a lot of blogs you're bound to find dofollow in there and it looks more natural to the search engines if you have a nice mix of dofollow and nofollow. Having a bunch of only dofollow links might raise some red flags to Google.
