So I'm assuming it is a good idea to put your keywords in the names files so when SB posts a comment it uses a random keyword as the anchor text?
Can someone confirm?

Yes that goes in the websites.txt file. In the names.txt you can just put "null" or a keyword of your choice. (I'd recommend a keyword)
Scrapebox will automatically use the websites.txt file. Just keep in mind that you must have a word in the names.txt. You can't leave it empty.

I believe so but I've never tried. You can always use the "test comment" button to see a live preview.
