SCRAPEBOX CAN NOT VERIFY LICENCE

Hello please help me,

I have been using Scrapebox, but since 12 hours ago I get serious problem, when I open my scrapebox I can not verify licence, It said " Unable to access any scrapebox server at the moment, please try again later"

What do you think? How to fix it, I have restarted my vps then still get the same problem.

Or any other users experience same issue?

NOTE : When I checked scrapebox.com, the site down, it said "Site temporarily unavailable due to network issues"

Yep, it appears that server 1 & 2 are having problems since about 4 AM EST on 8/25 and they are the ones that verify licensing. I can't figure out if we can change servers so that we can verify our products on server 3 or 4. I own 2 licenses and am lost without my scrapebox. Any update as to when we can expect a state of server recovery would be great!

I have the same problem since yesterday afternoon. It would be nice if someone from SB team can tell when the problem will be resolved.

I emailed support yesterday too, but it is the weekend and they probably are getting lots of emails. I guess I just want an estimated timeframe, which would be nice.

the server uptime link is here, http://stats.pingdom.com/vz0wm9714wj5/154014

server 1 and 2 are offline, but 3 and 4 are mostly fine. would be nice if I knew how to change this within the configuration of the software

Well, If it possible, Everyone please share here how to switch to server 3 and 4.

There is new message in SB - they say that the servers are attacked (DDOS). It looks like they are doing something (I hope).

from yesterday until now I have same problem. i hope it will normal ASAP....

It works! I started SB about 8:15 CET without any problems!
