I purchased Yellow bot using a different email than my original purchase. I have contacted support and they have made it available. However, the buttons for installation uninstall and purchased are dimmed or un-clickable. Any suggestions?
Support asked me to send an image, which I have done. Does me sending them an image mean I will have to wait another 12 hours for a response?
So frustrating having to wait like this for support.
