I ran a run against 300 blogs, small niche with a focus and I had 0% become successful. I tried again without the private proxy service and I got the same result
Any idea on what could of gone wrong?

i think SB only searches for open blogs, but there is a captcha thing in the box somewhere not used it yet though

I have my captcha service selected. I just did a another run and out of 300 they all failed again. I even lowered the connections to a smaller one and same thing
I ran it in the slower mode and I got about a 50% success rate. I dont know what could be the problem

I'm not sure, Scrapebox has a tendacy to be crappy sometimes. Some days things run shitty and some days they run great. You could try going to "help" in scrapebox, then rollback to previous version to see if that helps any. Otherwise I'd at least wait until the next update and see if that fixed it.

When you say you ran it in the slower mode and got 50% success rate, do you mean you used the slow-poster mode? Was this on Blogengine blogs or Wordpress please?
