Fastposter bad, slowposter good - why? - billkruse - 08-18-2010 This is even on Wordpress blogs so it's obvious I''ve got a setting wrong. I can set up a list of several thousand WP blogs, post away and only a handful, like three in a thousand, will be submitted. I rerun the others using the slowposter and around fifty percent will be submitted. This happens routinely and I'm not sure which setting I should alter to fix the fastposting problem. Advice gratefully accepted! BB RE: Fastposter bad, slowposter good - why? - billkruse - 08-19-2010 I seem to have fixed it by upping connections to around 300. Guess you have to play around with it. My advice is to try short runs of a few hundred to you get the right speed for your connection. BB |
