It returns an error 0 or error 999 when I click the show button after scraping the results.

Same error here, Just 0 results and error 999.
Maybe yahoo starts blocking?

From what I know 999 is a Yahoo error. When I can't retrieve siteexplorer results I use anonymouse.org and insert the Yahoo siteexplorer URL there. It works. So in your case I believe it is because of proxies. Refresh your ScrapeBox proxies. This should help I believe.
