Is there a guide out there for using the Rapid Indexer AddOn? I have the ScrapeBox Domination videos but that section went a little too fast for my sluggish brain to keep up

I'm wondering too, where is the file that SB provides with the list of sites in it? I dunno which one it is. :-(
