I am in need of a good,affordable scrapebox hosting. Any recommendations?
Preferably one that can run both xrumer and scrapebox on same account, plus the hosting company should don't mind I am running massive SB campaigns.
But if there is none, win vps is okay too

You need to pay $250 a month for a good host that can handle Xrumer.

first we need to checkout whats a scrapbook is you are hosting? and then according to that you can chose your volume drive. if the volume is not a good I think you never like that.

Its not scrapebook its scrapebox, and if you don't know what it is then I doubt you can help with a recommendation.
I use Scrapebox VPS. They are affordable and stable and specifically setup for scrapebox.
