Are you aware of any reliable hosting company in USA?

The only problem I see with that host is that it isn't unmetered bandwidth...you absolutely must have this for scrapebox...as it downloads gigabytes worth of data in a day.

With unmetered you get full use of the line up and down but it is capped to 10mbit. They do not monitor your transfer in GB or TB per month.

You can find windows vps with 100Mbit unmetered bandwidth (see link in my sig).
By "unmetered bandwidth" we mean you get unlimited bandwidth. Running seo tools like scrapebox that constantly scrape search engines uses a lot of bandwidth. Most VPS providers cap you at 1TB or something like that. You might blow through that pretty quick and end up with a hefty charge.
