Hi I don't know if this has been talked about already. If so please point me to the right thread.
Does scrapebox have the capability to filter out any pages on a domain that don't allow commenting?
If it does can you point me to some tutorials on how to use it.

You would just load the URL's of the post's into Scrapebox then open the add-on called, "blog analzyer" and run the list through that. It will tell you if the comment are open or closed.
