Change Memory Options To Improve Slow Poster - Erik Creed - 03-24-2010

Hey all,

It seems you can stop scrapebox crashings by increasing the TEMP file size in internet explorer.

Scrapebox uses internet explorer when posting etc, so this really helps.

It's set on 50mb as standard so just increase this to 250 or more as I have.
Here's how you do it in Internet Explrer:
• Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
• The Internet Options dialog window will appear.
• OPen the "General" tab.
• In the "Browsing history" area, click the "Settings..." button.
• In the "Temporary Internet Files and History Settings" window, in "Disk space to use" field, enter the amount of disk space used by the Temporary Internet Files folder.

Hope that helps Smiley-violent116

Its not automated spam, it's just noobs going through the process of signing up just to post a link.

Have a plugin installed that should stop all links before 25 posts, but doesnt seem to be functioning, will look into it.

These spammers should get scrapebox LOL

Banned the 2 above
