here is a copy and paste of an email from support about it
To transfer to another computer/server or update your license after a re-install, you just need to download ScrapeBox to the computer you wish to activate it on, run it and enter your original purchase details and submit them. That will deactivate the license on your old computer, and activate your license on the new computer.
