is there a recent tutorial to explain the use, because the interesting domains I find are already all registered?

But are you saying you find domains that the expired finder says are available but they are already registered?
I mean there are tens of thousands of people out there looking for expired domains daily, so its possible, especially if its taking you some time to complete the run, that someone else may have found the domain and registered it after scrapebox found it but before you had a chance to try and register it.
