Basically, I can't get the Proxy Harvester to test any proxies.

I don't understand, it looks like its working. Your testing public proxies, they are 99% going to be not working. I see a random one here and there that is working.

I must have had my memory altered because I thought I had gotten a much higher % before but I could see in your proxy video that you only got about 1% way back in 2015. Wish I had noticed that earlier. I would have saved a bunch of time trying to fix something that wasn't broken. Thanks!
