how to use the link checker and remove the links we posted in and continue posting with links that dont have our domains in them

Just use the link checker and load in your list of potential places you have or want to post a link, then just load in your home page, domain.com and then run the link checker.
Export links found. Load your original potential list in the urls harvested section and then do import and compare on url level - and then select the links found file you just exported and it will remove any urls that have your link on them from the potential targets list. Then export that potential targets list and post.
