Works Scrapebox really as they say, I've been using SB for 3 weeks now without seeing any results.

yeah it does, you just need autoapprove lists.

i would say read all the tutorials that you can find - sb is very effective for more than just comment links

Well you really need to measure what you have already done to see if you're getting any type of results.
How many links did your website start out with?
How many links have been indexed by google?
Are you using keyword rich anchor text?
etc ...
Scrapebox does work if you know what you're doing.
