They look like they are nearly 4 times as expensive, but thanks for the feedback. I got proxy rack, but haven't heavily tested it yet.
Don't forget that deeperweb is google powered and has its own set of ip bans and is super fast.

I use storm proxies, they are decent.

Along with bhproxies and storm proxies mentioned here, the only other recommendable backconnect proxy providers I know of are:
- Proxy.Cheap
- Proxy Rack
- Microleaves
- Cloud Proxies
- Best Private Proxy
