Help! Keyword scraping fail with dedi private proxies - kasutajanimi - 07-26-2015
I bought dedicated private proxies (10) and they all pass google and have ping of average 400ms.
When I scrape keywords with my home IP I can scrape for 6k kws with google suggest, yahoo search assist and bing suggest.
When I load up the proxies I can get to 100 or so kws and then the engines turn red. The legend says red means error.
I have tried to lower the threads of kw scraper to 3. I also increased the time out of proxies to 20 but they still fail. The proxy provider gave me new proxies and everything but still nothing.

Don't use proxies. You don't need proxies for keyword scraping, but the ips are getting blocked or throwing errors is why. The keyword scraper doesn't have a lot of robust proxy retry handling and rotation because 99% of the time you don't need proxies for keyword scraping. Keyword scraping bans are very very lenient, I never use proxies for keyword scraping, even if it works its just going to slow it down.
