Basic SBv2 private proxy question - delay, range etc. - crunky - 01-29-2016 Hi, sorry for that basic question but i have some basic issues with SB2. I have MMP10 from myprivateproxy and use them only for scrape keywords / harvest urls. I tried some configurations but google block them often. So how i know should i use with 10 proxys only 1 connection. But where should i set this in SB v2 and what option should i set in addition there (delay/range etc.)? In v1 it was also possible to see if the proxy is blocked, where can i get this status in v.2? I viewed some videos but they related v1. Sorry again Best Regards Marco RE: Basic SBv2 private proxy question - delay, range etc. - loopline - 01-31-2016 You want to use the detailed harvester in V2, its single threaded by default. Then you can also add a delay, probably 5 or more, you can test and see. You can start high and lower it to the point you start getting blocked. When you see errors in the errors column it either means a bad proxy or banned ips. IF its private proxies its unlikely its bad proxies so its ip bans. RE: Basic SBv2 private proxy question - delay, range etc. - crunky - 02-01-2016 Okay thanks, so i think the proxys are now absolute banned. My last scrape is >4 days ago. RE: Basic SBv2 private proxy question - delay, range etc. - hanna21 - 02-01-2016 thats why you should have listed to me in other reply in other post maybe i posted a reply on 1 of your threads how to use proxies on harvest instead you went on lissted to other guy. am not going to reply explain find my post and replies good luck RE: Basic SBv2 private proxy question - delay, range etc. - loopline - 02-02-2016 They may well be perma banned. You can request new proxies from your provider, or they typically roll each month anywya. |
