is it good for my site will my site get good reputation.
i have created lots of inbound links pointing to my site with lots of do-follow and nofollow , more of do-follows , the domains are good authority good standing , with my link on pages only no other peoples links.
will this help my domain.

Generally speaking yes. Its not exactly cut and dry but largely it would be safe to say that with no other peoples links on the pages on high authority sites linking to your site that yes those links would help your site.
