No more Proxies - too many users - tryagain - 05-25-2011
Recently I've a lot of problems to find some working proxies.
I've harvested my personal source list of proxies, but the 99% is blocked/captcha or is'nt working.
I suspect there's too many scrapebox users and web-hooligans.
Too many copies were sold.
In this situation, Scrapebox is totally unusable and useless, except to play chess...

That's where you fail. Scrapebox added the proxy scraper as just a "bonus" feature in the beginning. If you really want to use Scrapebox to its true potential get a set of private proxies.

In the past, I never had this problem, so I believe there are too many people are using it. The packet of 10 proxies (you suggested, I think) is too expensive for me, and the usage and the use that i do with SB.
Anyway 10 proxies are too few and will be banned after some query made to mr. G.
I am developing an application that do not require proxies for harvesting.
It's very slow, but it's work much better than SB.
