My Scrapebox doesn't harvest a single URL, please help. - oooscasianooo - 06-09-2011
Hi guys, my scrapebox doesn't seem to want to harvest any url's or blogs and what not. I type in a keyword and click harvest, but every time I am resultless and bummed.
What do you guys think the problem is? Thanks for the help!

Are you using proxies or no? Have you tried it with proxies and without? Which search engines do you have checked and is your results set to 1000?

I am using proxies and have noticed that they're actually all bad proxies. I'm using Google, Yahoo and AOL with the Results: 1000.
I'm guessing it's because of the bad proxies, but I don't really want to spend money.
When I test the proxies, they all fail with the Error 404 connection timed out message. I think something is wrong

Hmm are all the proxies bad? You should be able to harvest some in the proxy harvester and at least get 30-50 working proxies. Have you tried harvesting without the proxies just to see if it works that way? I wouldn't recommend doing it without proxies for a long period of time but it would be good to test.
