I have seen many good questions deleted because the moderators don't understand the question itself.
In short, are the 'Moderators' stupid, immature or are they control freaks?

Moderators report posts to me and I delete the spam post in question.
As for your post this is spam and it's your first post...

How about you read the rules that says "25 posts before posting links?".
Note to everyone else:
I believe this is spam posted using software, this spammer makes his posts stand out.
Interesting concept, maybe a good idea to do a twist of this for scrapebox messages but not so much as to get the comment deleted

@etojoy: I absolutely agree with you. I might use the hint provided by the OP to make a few new post threads to be used by Scrapebox... concept seems nice
