I just transferred my license to another computer successfully, and it shows that I'm successfully licensed and activated. However when I try to download the Cloud Blacklist it errors out with a message of "Download Error, File Length Mismatch". Also when I try to show the available addons (in order to add them) a messagebox pops up saying "Unable to check for addons at the moment." And yes, I'm running the latest version (1.15.9).
This has been going on for 2 days now. I've already emailed support and they suggested turning off my AV as perhaps that's causing the problem. I'm running Avast AV, but even after disabling it completely I still get the same errors. I've also made exceptions within Windows Firewall to allow both scrapebox.exe and sbupdate.exe through, but didn't make a difference. I've got nothing else running on my machine (Windows 7 64-bit) that would disable it and I'm running the program with Administrator permissions (in case it was a permissions issue). I've even tried running it in "compatibility mode" as Windows XP SP2 but still get the same errors. No idea what else I can do to resolve this. Has anyone else run into either of these two errors before? I'm open to suggestions...
