What is the difference between Backlink checker and Link extractor addons in Scrapebox?
When to use one or the other?
Thank you

use the Link extractor to extract links from a heavily spammed blog, then run the Backlink checker against the extracted links to find where else the spammers are posting. you might want to then run the Blog checker and malware filter addons.

The backlink checker grabs the backlinks for a given URL using yahoo's site explorer. It's the same thing as if you went to yahoo and typed in site:http://www.yourdomain.com The link extractor can pull your URL's internal and external links.

I guess im blind, but where is the backlink checker in SB?
I have run the backling checker in SB and it just tells my if there is backlings and not just my backlings? And i get Error 999 alot when i want to check the links. Like the free SB tool, http://www.scrapebox.com/free-link-checker

Yes okey i found it now, but hey, when using the free tool you can still use SB for other things, so u dont block it with crap work when it can harvest 500k urls

Like a previous poster in this thread, I also can't find where the equivalent of the Free backlink checker is in Scrapebox.
The free backlink checker has tabs for "your sites" and "your backlinks". The backlink checker scrapebox addon does not have tabs for "your sites" and "your backlinks" Can someone tell me exactly what to do step by step in scrapebox to provide input for "your sites" and "your backlinks" like the free backlink checker has. thanks |
