1) Sorry I'm not sure exactly what you're asking.
2) This just depends on user preference. You can either go for targeting blogs highly related to your niche by using custom footprints or you can go for mass blog commenting without really worrying about the niche, it's all up to you. Of course if you're targeting blogs related to your niche it is better to use comments related to the blog you're commenting on. You can check my signature for a software I developed to help with finding niche targeted comments. Also using well written general comments will help.
3) Learning footprints is probably the most important thing you need to know in order to achieve good results with Scrapebox. You can download and read this ebook to learn anything and everything about footprints: http://www.www.scrapeboxforum.com/Thread...RINTS--573 In my opinion you should never use the check boxes for wordpress, blogengine, etc to scrape for blogs. Use your own footprints at all times
4) Use fast poster or slow poster. Typically fast poster will be a lot faster but will yield a lower success ratio and slow poster will take longer but have a higher success ratio. I prefer fast poster =)
