Are they .org?
Scrapebox relies on WHOIS servers to determine if a domain is available or not. The .org WHOIS server returns erroneous results for some domains, which makes them look like they are available when in fact they are not. This doesn't really happen with basically any other whois server except on rare 1 off circumstances where there is just an error.
So unfortunately sometimes .org will report incorrectly because whatever the folks that manage the .org whois server are doing, its messing up records and they are serving up bad data. There isn't anything that can be done, its a case of it is what it is.
