Its because when you comment on them you see your comment auto approved for your session, but in reality the comment went to moderation. After you comment on those pages, then you need to open a totally different browser, or use a different pc and access those pages, are the comments there? If not that means your seeing them for your session, but they are really moderated and the rest of the world can't see them. Thats why they don't show up when scrapebox posts them.
Web sites see scrapebox as a browser being used by a human, same way they see it when you do it manually, they don't discriminate, scrpebox even uses useragents of popular browsers so the site can't tell scrapebox from firefox. (essentially).
