I was about to suggest you to use the inurl: with a minus, but I would just check if it worked before I posted, glad I did.
When i write -inurl:test test it still finds urls with test in the url, I then tried inurl:-test test but still the same.
Is it not possible to use minus in any of those search strings like inanchor: intitle: I know it works for site: -site:, course then you could use it somehow, like -inurl:tag I thought that would work, but I guess not.
If you can find a common text that is only on those sites you could use -"some common text"
