Ping a URL Within a Page

I understand how to ping a website, but how do I ping a URL that is on a particular web site?

Lets say I want to ping the url www.abc.com , that is a link on the website of www.123.com?

to ping sites..

On this website abc On the top right the first Image/Video I would like to ping that.

I also tried to click on it with iOpus iMacros in a loop.

Did your issue to ping a URL worked? I am too having the same issue and can't find any solution.
