Yeap, Wordpress is the best cms with out of the box seo setup, by saying this i do not imply that other systems such as drupal, or joomla cannot be optimized too, but it is a hell of a lot more work to do and therefore wp sites are mostly picked by SEOs as a fast tool to build semantic and seo optimised sites. Of course when building PBNs consider using all sort of systems , not only wp cause it leaves footrprint.
