worth it to use captures to unblock proxies?

not sure i really get this option...it uses a capture credit to unblock a proxy somehow? can someone elaborate and comment on if this is worth the time/capture?

where is this option? I cant find it anywhere - I see the decaptcha stuff... I have no idea what your talking about

at the very top bar of box...the various tabs - tools-options-captcha-addons-help etc

the captcha one, it has 3 options
-setup auto captcha
-enable auto captcha for slow poster
-enable auto cap for proxie manager(unblocking)

anyone?
