"I searched his username, and could only find a support enquiry from 2011 saying he wants to buy and doesn’t have a PayPal. I could find no license for his name or email.
However 99% of license transfer problems are due to 2 things, one is they are not entering the right license details. Their Email and Transaction ID must match what they originally activated with otherwise the transfer will fail. The other is they are running a version from years ago that’s no longer supported and tries to connect to the old server we shut down years ago. So they simply need to download the latest version from the download page."
