after changing about 10 nonsens emails with the support, I'm in the same situation. Paid for a software that I can't use.
They said that the software was activated on 4th May (this is not true). From this email and to the next emails I did not understood anything.
I have asked 3 times what I have to do next to activate again the license and everytime I had received another reply, avoiding this question.
In the end, the support said that will not spend any more minute with me and this was all. Nice client support, isn't it?
I will post on every major bh forum this story (I will attach the emails from support). Users must know how the owners of SB doesn't care about their clients and steel money from theme.
