I don't really get into videos of my personal setups, but I don't know that it would help, because everything I do is hyper tailored to my outcome/end result. If your looking for something different/have a different outcome/end result then what I do really wouldn't help you it would just get you off track.
Mostly what I do though is automate as much as possible. I held out for years... and years, because I hate to code. I used to build websites in notepad back 20+ years ago, but what like python just doesn't click for me, neither does javacript. That said I finally spent months and learned some python and my first script, which was verbose and took forever to make, literally saved me 2 weeks, as in 80 hours of work the first year. As soon as I saw that, it was game over, I was all in. But now days I don't write scripts, I hire it out, and what I know is just enough to clearly understand and explain what I want and need to my developers. Further I do hack at their code to customize it, sometimes, slightly, and thats useful, and knowing how to run it helps.
But I just have my python guy write up what I need, then I also had him build a script that compiles it as an exe and then I let scrapebox automator execute the exe or I build up a bat file (that I can handle, lol) and let it do that and keep on moving.
Like my scrapebox list service, I had to work on the server the other day, but I traveled for 4 days short of a month this summer, and I didn't touch it a single day, not once, didn't even think about it, and my customers got their lists daily. I don't even activate my customers any more, 1 of my staff does it. So that segment, aside from a few customer service mails, was completely run by machines and staff for a month and in reality it had been like 2 months since I touched it and I may not touch it the rest of the year, if it doesn't break. (knock on wood, lol).
So automation is key and now days staff is also key for things that can't be automated, and then i do only the highest level tasks that can't be given to someone else, like talk to you on the forum, because I can't outsource my experience, hehe
So what is your outcome, are you building links and ranking sites or selling something or ?
